Manchester trio Marconi Union worked with sound therapists to create the soothing tune, which also slows breathing and reduces brain activity. This eight minute track, called Weightless, is so effective at inducing sleep it should not be listened to while driving. It contains a sustaining rhythm that starts at 60 beats per minute and gradually slows to around 50. Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years to help people relax and improve health and well-being. Weightless is ideal for putting on at the end of a stressful day and unwinding. warning: "Weightless was so effective, many men and women became drowsy and I would advise against driving while listening to the song because it could be dangerous."
