When you've killed every enemy in the game at least once (you don't have to fill out their info) to complete your bestiary, talk to Dr. M and get this well deserved fragment. The video also shows all enemy entries. Total amount of frags is now 156. I would have found this very useful when playing as sometimes you can see you need a Fragment but don't know what it is called therefore difficult to search for. Credit for the help in making this video goes to TheGaijin from GameFAQs, who helped in translating the build as found here: blog.game-de.com a) OBTAINING CHICHU First you need Moogle's Manifestation fragment ability. Then warp to AF??? Archylte Steppe, go S from nomad settlement and look for a small patch of red flowers in the field of grass. Toss Moogle in that patch at least two times to get Chichu (you may obtain an adornment first, so that's why you need to try twice sometimes). Once you obtain Chichu, start feeding it with materials that raise STR. The link to Chichu's location is: www.youtube.com (it's shown in the first minute of the video) b) CHICHU'S STATS Here's an example of stats for a good Kichu build. LV 70, 5830 HP, 1520 ATK, 460 MAG, ATB Lv6 [HP/ATK/MAG can vary*1] Passive skills: HP +30%, Role Affinity, Physical attack +35%, Auto-Bravery, Physical resistance +36%, Magical resistance +36%, ATB recovery via Attack, ATB recovery via Attack UP, Synchro charge up, Ensemble Chichu in the video didn't always get ATK boosting materials, or I used mats that boost all three stats at once (I don't recall anymore), which is the reason why Kichu's ATK is 300 lower than suggested 1500+. c) WHY IS CHICHU SO GREAT? - Hard to kill: HP+30%, 36% resistance to all attacks - High attack: Strong base attack, ATK+35%, Auto-Bravery, Role Affinity*2 - Fast: ATB recovery when attacking + upgrade (quicker than auto-haste) d) PROCESS OF GODLY BUILD First you need to capture 8 ...

Part of our 'rare' and 'unique' monster series where we show you a complete set of information from the in-game bestiary on the monster in question and where it is located. Vodianoi is found in the 'Demon' section of the Final Fantasy XIII-2 bestiary. He is located in 'Cloudy' conditions around Grave Ridge inside The Archylte Steppe-???AF. The monster is tameable and generally comes in packs. It is a fairly average monster, but can be infused to become a useful weapon throughout the game. This Commando often goes undetected, as players don't usually stray through this area in this weather condition, therefore is missing from the bestiary.
