Richard Heene questions & answers
Balloon dad - Richard Heene told the media the reason why his wife is confessing the truth to the investigators and authorities is because she doesn't really understand English. lol Watching the tapes of her interview you can clearly tell that she doesn't have any problems speaking English. Is he being a racist towards his own wife ? lol Not sure who to feel sorry for at this point
Answer: He was trying to cover up his stupidity. I wouldn't feel sorry for any of them except for the children.
Do you hope Richard Heene gets made in a balloon boy while in prison?
It would serve him right. DRAGON 2012 "Great fortune for U.S."
Answer: No. He's done his "crime" now he can do his time. He will be paying restitution for the cost of his little hoax and serve his time in jail. That's all that needs to be done. Personally, I think many people over-reacted to this hoax. Many people have done far worse in this world - only to be forgiven with no restitution paid and no jail time served. It's not my place - nor your place - to judge anyone and to wish them harm.
Richard Heene (Balloon Boy's dad) on Larry King Live right now...?
Is this guy full of crap and feeding Larry King a load of it, or what? And what's with all the tears from this charlatan? Is the 90 day jail sentence he starts on Monday enough of a punishment for the trouble he caused from his hoax? @ Miss America... I'm on the left coast if that matters. I had a feeling it was a repeat because I saw clips of this show earlier today on another program, but apparently some of us are seeing it for the first time.
Answer: My friend, I quite honestly have not been so happy to read a question here on Answers as I am, right now, reading your's. I'm glad to see there's another reasonably sane human out there who is starting to feel a bit of an irritation from this jerk. It's a Saturday here in Northern Italy....usually a day for repeats, on Larry King, of selected interviews from last week's programming. I guess it wasn't enough that this trailer trash got a nice heap of free publicity during the regular weekly program, we poor suckers in the viewing audience were treated to another heaping spoonfull of Castor Oil....compliments of our crack media services. Is he full crap? Well, that's certainly MY take on it.....everything I've heard and read seems to point that way...and, a Judge; who, by definition, MUST have a good level of intelligence (one would like to think) saw it that way also, and sentenced the man. Didn't watch the whole program.....I get disgusted just hearing that man talk, so I shut it off and missed the tears. Wouldn't be surprised tho'........this character is a real cutey. Somebody or something has the put the idea in his head that he is a marketable entertainment commodity and he's pursuing that end as much as the media will allow....which is quite a bit.........I would not be the least bit surprised before this all is over, that you will be seeing Mr. Heene somewhere.....reaping the full rewards of his full hairline and rugged goodlooks.......you already know, for sure, that teenage girls must think he's "cute".............. But, NO...I don't think the 90 days is enough of a sentence.....not unless they throw him a cell with a couple of boys from the 'hood where I grew up back in Brooklyn N.Y. Drunks who used to pull the handles on the public Fire Alarm boxes used to get harsher sentences than that. Gene, I don't know what it is about this guy that irritates me so much.....I'm normally a very placid, liberal thinking soul, but everytime I see or hear something in the paper or on the tube about him, I feel like stepping on him........the way you would a cockroach. He seems the perfect marketable face and talent for today's entertainment society.......and the more noise and stink he makes the more the media and public lap it up.....I don't know what's worse......him or the media. Well,.....hang in there buddy.....don't let the bastards grind you down.
Richard Heene, worst actor in the world or mentally ill deniest?
More worrying is the fallout from all of this on the children
Answer: You mean the father of the "balloon boy?" He's just an opportunistic con man, that's all, and his kids will probably grow up to be just like him. Good luck!...

Answer: Oh Bernie Madoff for sure - I still love seeing all those rich ... er .... people whining how they lost all their money, even though they are still living in luxury in Miami. It's like "Oh woe is me, we had to give up our mansion and move into a penthouse suite! And now we've only got 6 cars, and a MUCH smaller yacht!"
Why did Richard Heene of "Baloon Boy" fame get jail time when wife Mayumi Heene got none?
Can anyone explain "Equal Justice" in the USA Courts when and where the MALE half of all cases involving female co-conspirators always gets jail time, and the female does not? Don't get me wrong...I do not hate women at all, in fact, LOVE THEM.....but I just don't understand this? O.K., so I was a little light in my question. YES, I know she got some jail time. I am in Fire Rescue and have 20 yrs experience as a P.I. I am VERY informed of this case and my questions is WHERE IS THE GENDER EQUALITY? Read the police interviews like I have, they were both in this 100% from the start, right down to negotiating of the "Reality TV Show" they wanted. Also, in looking at punishment, consider the differences in PROBATION periods and the fact that the husband had not so much as a traffic ticket on any record. I DON'T HATE THE LEGAL SYSTEM.....in fact I work in it - so there's the added info!
Answer: They both got jail time. Please check your facts before posting. Thank you.
Would you abandon the balloon boy, if you were Richard Heene?
Answer: In my opinion the parents seem to have been sniffing and inhaling a little too much helium and maybe some crack or meth crystal methamphetamine, the boy should have his parents spayed and neutered. L.O.L. But what do I know? 8:The Mormon Proposition Movie will be shown during the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Salt Lake City, Utah January. I will be wearing the WIG OF SHAME with a showcase of all who opposed gay rights, gay equality on it! Nominate a bigot or idiot or whomever to be on the wig of shame. sundance2010wigofshame@yahoo.com
why balloon parents have to go to jail even though they get probation?
A Colorado court has sentenced Richard Heene to four years of supervised probation for mounting a hoax that his 6-year-old son, Falcon, was aboard a runaway homemade balloon. Heene was also sentenced to 30 days of "straight time" in jail plus 60 additional days on a work-release program. But A criminal who is "on probation" has been convicted of a crime but has not served time at all. So why Mr. and Mrs. Heene were sentenced to 30 days even they got probation?
Answer: because they're idiots
Can Richard Heene continue to love his son, Falcon?
Answer: no way, the kid totally sold him out
Is this equal justice or "turning the head politics" again?
In October Richard and Maywmi Heene reported their son had been swept away in a run away balloon. It turned out it was only a hoax but it received nation wide coverage in the media. They ended up being arrested and have now been sentenced to spend 90 and 60 days in jail along with other punishments. About the same time Hannity a FOX TV talk show host aired what he claimed to be a "happening now" turn-out for one of Sarah Palin's book signing events. It was later determined that Hannity lied about the event; what he claimed to be a turn out for Palin's book signing was actually a file video of one of her earlier campaign events (for VP). About the same time another video showed up that was a cut and paste from several other videos. The latter one had several parts that showed different climatic conditions showing it was not what is was claimed to be. Why can Hannity get by doing these things over national TV and nothing is done but a private citizen ends up going to jail for a similar but less serious event? Is it okay for the media to lie and use cheap tricks to deceive viewers?
Answer: Both events were manufactured to create an illusion of fact and create interest in the reporting person. The Colorado couple created an incident that resulted in numerous emergency response units being tied up and costing the tax payers almost $40 thousand dollars. Hannity was at his usual; giving half truths, tainted information and fabricating information to create sensation for his viewers. We have always expected news people to be honest and provide factual information. We all understand there are times when reporters may get information they receive from other sources wrong but when they deliberately falsify information in an attempt to deceive viewers they have crossed over the line. In Hannity's case he has been caught at this before and has slipped by without consequences. I wold wonder why FOX allows Hannity to get by with this and why the FCC has not done something about it.
