Answer: Hey. The best way to lose weight is cardio and dieting. I don't know much about dieting, but try to eat healthy. I do know about running, which is what you need to do. Try to get a gym membership if you can, because you will get treadmills and pools. If you can't that's okay. Here's a custom work out. Day 1 Run 1-3 miles Jump rope for a total of 30 minutes Day 2 Run 8 100 meter sprints 100 crunches 100 leg lifts 100 twist crunches It's okay if you have to walk sometimes when you're doing long distance when you first start. Tomorrow, do the Day 1 work out. The next day, do the Day 2 work out, then Day 1 again,and so on. Good luck!

Built for the regular season, not for the postseason. Garland and Latos have not been impressive against the playoff teams they have faced. And also, they have missed some of the better teams because of the rotation I assume. I would venture to guess that's why the back of their rotation has been lighten up. The Saints did not come out of nowhere. Marques Coltson, Drew Brees, Jeremy Shockey, Devery Henderson, Reggie Bush, Vilma, Sharper, Fujita. C'mon, they weren't a bunch of nobodies who came out of nowhere. Nobody expected them to win the SB, but most everybody knew they would be a force in NFC South. Falcons, Bucs, Panthers? C'mon, the Saints didn't come out of nowhere. World beaters weren't in the NFC South. The only competition going into the season was the Falcons and everyone knew it.

Answer: Love it. Charles and Stewart are ready to bust loose and so is Flacco. Need some serious depth at RB though so I would get Brown and drop VY.
