Does NCAA football 11 have Road to Glory mode?
I want to buy that game but i dont know if it has it on it. ncaa football 10 had it so i dont know.
Answer: yes. ncaa football 11 has road to glory mode and it is pretty much the exact same as previous versions of the game. NCAA 11 is definitely worth getting though. Overall they have made many good changes to the gameplay this year. If you go to walmart.com and look for NCAA football 11 for the 360 and read my review i go over many of the changes they've made. Here is the link: http://www.walmart.com/ip/NCAA-Football-11-Xbox-360-Xbox-360/14262173 My review is the long one that says it is from an anonymous customer in tennessee. i highly recommend getting NCAA football 11. Good luck and have fun! I hope this helped.
The NCAA Route Into The NHL?
What is the route into the NHL if i go to the NCAA
Answer: You should probably know that it is extremely hard to play NCAA Division I...It isn't like an easy route to make...If you can play Division I then you can play QMJHL or any other major junior team in the world. But on to your question... You could drafted when you are 18, go to college, and then your NHL will advise you from there. My friend Brian Dumoulin was a 2nd round pick in this past years draft and he's a '91..He is currently on a full scholarship at Boston College and he will be playing there until he graduates, then moved on to either the Carolina Hurricanes or to a farm team. If you don't get drafted...You can still sign with a team after college if anyone wants you. It happens often actually, NCAA players are not always the first drafted because a lot of them come from Tier III and Tier II Jr A which does not get a lot of NHL attention and the league is so varied in talent that scouting is not easy. But it is important to know that even Division III is very hard to get into...So don't get your hopes up for an NCAA Division I scholarship.
How long should Lockerz take to ship my game?
I bought NCAA Football for 360 from Lockerz Shop last Thursday and I figured I'd get some shipping confirmation email by now. Of course I am an impatient person... anyways does anyone have past experience about when you should receive a shipping confirmation email if you order off Lockerz shop or how long it should take in total for my package to come? I live about 30 miles west of Philly
Answer: They still havent sent my tracking number for my Nixon watch and it has been about two weeks. But lockerz did send my coffee mug and black lockerz shirt. But from my understanding it takes lockerz a longer time to send diffrent brands. Lockerz ships there brands faster than in the would be shipping another brand such as your game. The reason it takes them longer is because they have to order it from the actual company that ships to lockerz and then once it ships to lockerz finally it arrives to you so it can take from a week to a month before you actually receive your item and from my understanding sometimes they also may have a delay or could be on back order like most items do. So it will arrive at your door and also you have to be patient. If they didnt send you a cancellation email yet then your order was not cancelled and It is a possibility they can send you an email and say thank you for your patience and we are going to award you with 150ptz. I hope I helped
Good strategy for ncaa football 11?
i like to have a quick team and a wide open offense.i'm trying to figure out a new strategy i use the pistol it didnt work, the one back didnt ethier......ive have the most success with pro/spread.any tips that would make a good strategy. PS:what is a good team for a QB to go in road to glory mode. thanks
Answer: I haven't yet played online in NCAA 11. i've only played dynasty mode. But i've been using the same playbook as i used in NCAA 10. In NCAA 10, i think my record was around 38-17 online which is pretty good. Online i use ohio state, but in dynasty mode i use tennessee. No matter what team i use though i always use nebraska's playbook. there's nothing special about it. it's a pro style playbook with ace, iform, strong i, and shotgun. i've tried many different playbooks and different strategies but this is what's worked best for me. My favorite formation is the i form normal. run the quick slants play a lot. i also like to substitute a backup rb in for my fullback and then run the fullback dive play up the middle a lot. my favorite big play is Four Verticals. i think it's in the shotgun y trips formation. try throwing it to the tight end as he is kind of crossing over the deep middle. just don't try to scramble too much with your QB. run it up the middle a lot and be content to pick up 3-6 yards per play. and run a lot of slant plays as they are very reliable. Any time you run any pass play it is a good idea to hot route a receiver to a slant because it's a safe option if nothing else is open. Go to youtube and search for some strategy videos. i've found a lot that have helped me. A really good one for passing is this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHgvmH38KQE This is a madden video but its concepts work for any football game. if you need more help let me know. let me know if this answer helped you. i wasn't really sure if you wanted strategies for online play or for offline dynasty play because it's different playing the computer and playing other users. P.S. In Road to Glory it depends on whether you want to be more of a running/option qb or a passing qb. the best teams are usually ones that run a spread offense. i did really good with a qb at texas tech because they pass from the shotgun almost every play. texas, oklahoma, west virginia, hawaii, and florida are all teams that run spread. if you just want to run a bunch of options georgia tech is a good school. When creating your qb, the best thing to do is be a balanced qb and scramble as much as possible (try to run for around 50-100 yards per game and around 1 or 2 rushing tds). And then throw like crazy. Anytime in road to glory your coach calls a running play AUDIBLE. Run either a passing play or an option play every single time. that way you will always be able to have good stats. Try to pass for at least 300 yards and 3 tds every high school game. In my high school games i usually ran for 50 to 100 yds and 1 or tds per game, and i usually threw for around 400 yards and 4 to 6 tds per game. Doing this, my qb had an 85 overall with throwing power in the upper 80s or low to mid 90s (i cant remember exactly), and had speed of like 86 or so which is pretty good for a qb. then each week of college, choose hit the gym every night and try to get your speed as high as possible for the game that week so you can run some. and go to the library once or twice a week to keep your grades up. I really hope this helped. Sorry it's so long. I just wanted to make sure i helped as much as possible. ididn'tt want to just half way do it. Leave a reply and let me know if this helped. Good luck and if you have any questions or need more help let me know or post another question.
NCAA 11 football roster help anyone?
I have a ps3, and i downloaded the rosters from gamingtailgate. anyways, the player names for all the teams show up during gameplay, EXCEPT for notre dame. I look at the depth chart and the names are there, they just dont show up during the game, even though the other teams do. why is this?
Answer: I've heard a lot of people having issues with gamingtailgate's rosters. I would suggest you use buckeye02 roster instead. I've been using these and haven't had a problem yet.
Does the NCAA still hand out the "death penalty" for rules violations?
It seems USC got off easy and now they're appealing? Well Nathan, I wasn't comparing SMU and USC but since you brought it up, your facts are wrong. By "allowing" the Bush family to live in a million dollar home rent free, USC did pay for the services of Reggie Bush. And I know the school didn't actually pay for it, an alumni did (same thing with SMU). The "agent", who is a USC alum, has been linked to MANY trojan football players that are keeping their mouths shut as to why they drove Range Rovers and Hummers. The reason for my question was to see if the NCAA still handed out that punishment. I know ALL D-1 schools cheat, it just seems funny to me that USC, thinks they don't deserve any kind of punishment. Oh wait...never mind, they're gonna be irrelevant for the next 10 years anyway. Deal with that. Spare.
Answer: Yes, the NCAA can still hand out the "death penalty" as punishment, but they are reluctant to use it. The last school to receive it for a major sports program was SMU, much like someone else said, however, SMU wasn't on probation 3 times over a 10 year period before receiving the "death penalty", they were on probation 5 times from 1974-85, and it was all for paying players. Which goes to show you, that a university has to be continuously in trouble, and on probation by the NCAA, before the NCAA will hand out the "death penalty". Auburn didn't get it in 1993, when they were busted for paying a player, and the NCAA had more evidence against them than they did recently with USC, since they had audio tape on Auburn. And if Baylor didn't get it with the Dennehy scandal, then the only way they are going to give out that penalty, is by a program consistently staying in trouble over a certain period. Right now, the only school that would probably qualify for that, would be Oklahoma, who has been on probation every decade since the 1950's, but only once each decade, not like SMU and getting put on probation 5 times in 11 years.

What are the most popular spectator sports and which leagues?
I would like to know what sports are most popular for fans AND what leagues are the most popular. For instance: 1. American Football: NFL, NCAA 2. Hocket: NHL 3. Soccer: (there are a bunch of European leagues, which ones are the most popular?) Thanks!
Answer: I found two interesting researches on the issue, one is a survey ranking American leagues by attendance, the other about sports in general (not leagues). The two are quoted below. By the way, do you consider UEFA's Champions' League as a League (every game there has ~50,000 spectators)? Or only local leagues? ----------- http:// sportsbusinessradio .net/?q=node/258 ESPN Sports Poll recently asked almost 30,000 people (ages 12 and higher) to name their favorite spectator sport. Following are the top spectator sports names from January - December of 2005. Note: For the purposes of this poll, a spectator sport is defined as one in which you attend games or matches, watch them on TV, listen to them on the radio or read about them. Top spectator sports: 1.) NFL - 23 .30% 2.) MLB - 12 .97% 3.) NBA - 8 .03% 4.) College Football - 7 .61% 5.) NASCAR 4 .40% 6.) College Basketball - 4 .24% 7.) NHL - 2 .89% ------------------ http:// answers.google .com/answers/threadview?id=16866&gsessionid=hQvITEjWOpg According to this October 28, 2000 article by CBS Marketwatch's John F. Thorsberg, baseball draws the most live fans in terms of total attendance. In fact in 1999-2000, baseball drew nearly as many fans as football and basketball [combined]. For the complete statistics, visit: http://www. sportsbusinessdaily .com/ page .cms?featureId=73 Of course, these statistics are skewed toward baseball because it has so many teams, and each team plays a lot of games per year. Other sports such as auto racing and football actually draw much larger average crowds per event. For more information, view this site which quotes statistics credited to Sports, the Boston Globe, Motorsports, and the Goodyear Annual Attendance Report: http://www. motorsports2000 .net/ average .htm According to a transcript of Sports Talk with Fred Bowen (Friday, October 20, 2000 at 4 p.m. EDT) that appears on the web site of the Washington Post: "Worldwide, soccer appear to be the most heavily attended sport." http://www. washingtonpost .com/wp-srv/kids/speakup/00/ kids1020 .htm According an Indiana University press release entitled, "Conference on economic impact of motor sports features CART and IRL racing's top executives," (April 18, 2000) Andrew Craig, chairman and CEO of Championship Auto Racing Teams, claimed that "auto racing is the second most popular sport worldwide after soccer, in terms of spectator attendance and television viewership." http://www. iuinfo.indiana .edu/ocm/releases/ racecon .htm
