Hangeng Leaving Super Junior

Wahhh...I was really sad when I heard that he was leaving Super Junior and even more crushed when it seemed like it was final that he wasn't going to rejoin the group most likely ever again. Although I was sad I was so excited when I listened to his song "My Logo"! I love it! Hangeng is so talented and he has a really good personality. I can't wait until he comes out with more. And I'm hoping that maybe one day Super Junior and Hangeng could do a concert tour with each other...What do you think of his song? Answer: I think Hangeng deserves what he has now. He deserves to be comfortable, and be treated fairly. I think he's still a part of Super Junior, in his heart and in the other members' heart. Their friendship and brotherhood is something that even SME can't touch or defy. As for me, I've always liked Hankyung, I knew he was talented. He just didn't get many chances to really shine above the members. I also really like his personality, he's really delicate and as Eva from Full House believes, he really does't lie. Hearing what he's been through while he was in SME made me want to support him more even when he decided to go solo on China. Anyway, I do like his solo album, and I think the song 'My Logo' is okay. As for his 'Fire' song and the music video. I was really surprised, I didn't know Hankyung was the type of person but the song that caught my attention most is 'Say No'. I listen to it every night before I go to sleep. Being the hardcore ELF I am, I cry when I hear the song. I only know of the reactions of some members such as Heechul and Kyuhyun. I also know of Leeteuk's official statement and Donghae's cyworld(?) entry about Hangeng, Kangin, and Kibum. However, what were the other members' reactions? I'm particularly curious if anyone knows about Siwon's reaction because the two are really good friends.

Answer: Yes, Heechul was depressed for 3 months, something I got really upset about when I read the news. But other than those you mentioned, if I remember correctly, the members weren't interviewed so there weren't any official statement from them. But I'm sure they were surprised and saddened by his sudden leaving. And I believe that LT represents them as whole, and that they all agree with everything LT said. Just to make it clear, the members are currently NOT in contact with Hangeng. Whether it's because the members weren't allowed to contact him or Hangeng himself isn't in contact with the members, I don't know. I just sincerely hope it's not the latter because I admire Hankyung too much to just lose my respect for him like that.

Did han geng leave super juniors? I mean they said the result will be shown at the end of May and its June. So has han geng leave super juniors already? I hope not its just so sad!

Answer: No, he did not leave Super Junior. Just on temporarily leave from Super Junior activities due to his lawsuit problem with SM Entertainment. Until the case is solved, it is unlikely you will see Hangeng back on stage with all the members.

I know he's the only Chinese member in the main division of Super Junior(and he is also attempting to leave SM TT^TT) but I have no idea how to pronounce his name. I also see it written as Hankyung. How do you pronounce that exactly?? I don't want to mispronounce it. Thank-you for any help you can give me ^^

Answer: I'm not sure if you want the Korean or Chinese pronounciation. xD Chinese - 韩庚 I think it's pretty self explanatory (maybe because I'm Chinese..lmfaos) but basically you just say han (as if your saying HAND, without the d) and geng ( it's not like gan but more like saying the letter "n". The G makes the "en" sound deeper in your throat. To make it sound deeper raise your soft palate [like when you yawn your whole mouth opens up, and you feel the back of your mouth/throat opening up too.]) Korean - 한경 Han sounds pretty much the same as how I previously described (however, if native speakers were to say this, the intonation would be different) Kyung - It basically sounds like adding a 'K' to the word young. Again, the "g" makes the un sound deeper (raise your soft palate). Answer: I know , =( , I read something on this earlier on , I also feel sad about Hankyung & Kibum too Q1: Nopee because I want him in Super Junior Q2: I think Super Junior will carry on even if they were left only with only 4 members , they wouldn't break up Q3: All of them to be honest Kibum the most and Hankyung/Kangin too but Kibum was my fave =(

or are you not so affected by it? i'm really really sad about it bcos i'm kinda a newish SuJu fan, not soooo new but it hasn't even been a year yet and now Hangeng is leaving.. he was one of my top 5 SuJu members too and it's like 'damn!' i was too late...i feel bad for him too that SM was treating him that way, they really don't kno how to appreciate their artists! anyway is he having a solo career or becoming an actor after this?

Answer: I recently became a fan of super junior somewhere between November and December of last year, so I'm kind of a newish fan too. Yes, I'm indeed affected, too. Currently, his case is still going on, and it would be probably announced finished by the end of this month or May.
