Relive the excitement of the Gold Rush era in Montana. Outdoor Living History Museum in Nevada City, Montana, houses one of the largest collections of Old West Artifacts outside the Smithsonian. The site consists of 100, 1863 to early 1900 buildings, and close to 70 living history interpreters. Living history weekends are held Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend all summer long. See what the Old West was really like in Nevada City, Montana! Events are historically researched, and accurately portrayed. Events include interpretation of what it was like to really live in a frontier town in Montana. Take time out of your fast paced life to visit with the People of the Past, period correct costumed interpreters will help to guide your experience, and teach you about Montana's early days. Many people come expecting to see Hollywood style gunfights, this is not what we are about. We portray the events as they happened, in Alder Gulch, there are hanging, shooting, and other exciting happenings but they are all historically interpreted and designed to reflect the way things really happened. When you step into Nevada City, we want you to feel as if you are stepping into another era, the sights, sounds, and smells, of the past. The Living History program consists of thematically interpreted events that follow the time line of Montana's history. There are exciting daily happenings, skilled interpreters, live demonstrators, blacksmith, saloon keeper, miner's widow, laundress, prospectors, school teachers, spinning and weaving and more. There are Victorian children's programs, interpretive talks and much more. Interpretation also extends to Virginia City, look for The Montana Post printing press in operation, and American Telegraphy. I just graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, with a Bachelors degree in Music Education, string emphasis. I’ve spent the majority of my life performing with different groups and ensembles, from orchestras and choirs to rock bands. I’m influenced by every genre of music from classic rock and country to classical music, so it’s hard to define exactly what style I fall under.

Shae received a best-supporting actress nomination from the NY Independent Film Festival for her work portraying twins in the feature film Cupidity and she also appeared in the multi-award-winning short film, Spidermen. Shae is the recipient of WTF's Rita Feldman Award. TV credits include Lewis Blacks Root of All Evil, Chappelle's Show.DOMINIC COMPERATORE (Chris) most recently appeared at the Ruskin Group as Pale in the critically acclaimed production of Burn This. He appeared on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning revival of Arthur Millers A View from the Bridge, in Sir Peter Hall's Romeo and Juliet at the Ahmanson and on many stages in between. Dominic shed 25lbs to play a Holocaust survivor in Steven Soderberghs film The Good German, and has played the lead in numerous independent films, including Everything for a Reason (Best Actor nomination, Houston Intl FF), Room 32 (Best Actor nomination, Method Fest), and Heads and Tails (Audience Award runner-up, HBO Comedy Arts Festival). TV credits include 24, Chuck, Alias, Boston Legal, The Shield, Entourage, ER and CSI Miami. Upcoming indie films include Signal, Thy Will Be Done, and Never, Never Talk to Strangers.PAUL LINKE (Joe Keller) has worked as a professional actor for almost forty years. Selected film credits include Parenthood, and K-PAX. Numerous TV credits include the role of Artie Grossman on the NBC-TV series CHiPs for the run of the show. An MFA graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Linke co-founded the Garden Theatre Festival (LADCC Award) and was a member of the Company Theatre. He was the founder of the Powerhouse Theatre in Santa Monica where he created his celebrated Time Flies When Youre Alive, which was later filmed as an HBO Showcase special and nominated for a Cable Ace Award. Mr. Linke continued his autobiographical solo work with Life After Time, which premiered at the Pasadena Playhouse. Charles Nelson Reilly directed the third installment of Mr. Linkes Time Trilogy Father Time, at Pacific Resident Theatre. AUSTIN HIGHSMITH (Annie) has recently guest starred on Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, Big Love and Paramount Picture's web serial Circle of 8. She can be seen in the films Loving Annabelle, Fractalus and Breathing Room. Austins stage credits include Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Unbeatable Harold, Playhouse Creatures, The Shape of Things, Dark of the Moon and several original pieces created for various theatres in Los Angeles. In addition to working in front of the camera, Jonathan is currently producing several projects for film and television, including a new series for kids entitled Career Day exposing kids to cool careers, intended to open their minds to exciting worlds they may not normally see, and dedicated to the importance of a good education.CATHERINE TELFORD (Kate Keller) is a founding member of Pacific Resident Theater, one of three successful collaborative efforts at creating theatre companies (which include Seattles Showcase Theatre and West Virginias Monongalia Arts Center). PRT productions that she has performed in are Children, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Hot L Baltimore, South Central Rain, Voices in the Woods, Table Manners, Thanksgiving, The Three Sisters and Theres One in Every Marriage. Catherine has been seen numerous times in roles of as Shakepeares leading ladies including Beatrice, Olivia, Regan, Emilia, Queen Elizabeth, Calphurnia, and Rosalind, with companies such as Berkeley Shakespeare Festival, San Francisco Shakespeare Company, and The Western Stage.
